COAT RACK

Drawing from the stylistic vocabulary of its architect, Christophe Gevers, I designed a coat rack for the La Cambre cafeteria. The rationale behind the coat rack reflects Gevers’ design approach, an honest and straightforward use of materials and volumes.
The wood and steel profile assembly is inspired by the railings found in the room. The coat rack attaches to the wall using a French cleat.
